Consider how the bungling FBI
Warned Bush of their suspicions in July
Of middle-eastern men learning to fly.

But then the warnings grew much louder yet:
The CIA warned of a hijack threat.
A man who sought to fly a jumbo jet

Was apprehended, dangers manifold,
Linked to Al Qaeda. All this Bush was told,
Yet proved not wise the evil to unfold

Though claiming he can sniff out every rat
From North Korea and Iran, Iraq,
While Saudi terrorists are spared his spat.

These revelations we are hearing new
Only through leaks, for otherwise who knew
That in the White House, two plus two makes two?
