A-Ghast

The Grace of God, His favor undeserved,
Granted to gladden men and magnify
His glory, is the gift of governors
In generous delegation through their charges.

But, in the manner of God's murderers,
Who at the field of Golgotha glutted
On Christ, our gung-ho generals with guile,
Greed's grimacing yet garlanded aggressors,

And guilty guards in Bagram, Abu Ghraib,
Guantánamo, ghost-jails, brigs, gulags, dungeons,
The regiments of ignorant King George,
Gargantuan Religion's juggernaut,

Engross in grossness, damage, gorge, engulf,
Garrotting, gutting, gulling, gunning, gouging,
Scapegoating, scourging, grafting, grabbing, grasping,
Deranging, caging, transgressing, negating,

Wronging, disgusting, aggregating grudges,
Dragging insurgents, hostages begrimed,
Engaging in gratuitous outrage
With gallows, gibbets, gags, gangrenous gyves,

Intelligence-gathering by strangulation,
Interrogation, burning, flagellation,
Dog-bating, gut-griping, gonad-galling,
Graphically gratifying, girl-goring.

By bigotry of bogus propagandist
Group-think against "rag-heads," grave goings-on
Grim, gruesome, ghoulish, gluttonous, grotesque,
Egregious, grisly, grievous, underground,

They dig the breeding-grounds of ground-zeros,
Disgruntling, getting the wages of sin
In homage to Gomorrah, sacrilege,
Pentagon-instigated agony.

A mangled stratagem of carnage, pillage,
A vague, zigzagging, flagging pilgrimage,
A ragtag, swaggering, ravaging rampage,
A flagrant, pagan badge of niggard courage.

Regard the legions going in a herd
Of pigs, [1] regime of born-again goliaths,
The groping, grinding, GI jughead grunts,
Disguised as good guys, bragging "Gott mit uns." [2]

Gestapo-gatecrashing in groves, gardens
Of Gilgamesh, the goons of Gog and Magog
Give ground unto the growling, groaning gates
Of Hell, agog to greet the demagogue,

That figurehead of geopolitical plague,
That pathological gilded guttersnipe
Going for greenback gain, for gold's glister,
In gambit misbegotten and misguided.

Garbed in extravagant belligerence,
Arrogance, ignorance, he generates
A gory and repugnant legacy,
Presaging genocide and Armaggedon.

The brigadiers and grenadiers of
Not-so-great Britain, going along
For their ingratiating government,
In bargain urging on a glozed agenda,

Go bagging, beggaring, and buggering,
That angels gasp, gape, gawp, aghast to see.
So grief to anger glows, antagonizing
The progeny of enraged generations.

The green light for grievance originates
With that legal eagle Texas engendered,
Alberto Gonzales, the new AG,
Against the guidance of the JAG. [3]

He, who ignored the Geneva Conventions,
Greasy in patronage egging him on,
One of that gallery of glozing rogues
Regurgitated at inauguration.

That ghastly, illegitimate gaggle,
Goblin-like get together to degrade
God's granted image in each grimy race,
Endangering the globe by devil's disgrace.
